3 Story Software spent 3 1/2 years building a best-in-class platform and developer tool in order to support its customers. This platform enables us to be far more agile, more efficient, and far more cost effective than any of our competitors.
We continually improve the product based on discussions with customers and their users, from ideas that pop into our heads, or trends we see on the web. We frequently provide updates, as often as monthly, with new features secured so existing customers can elect to use them or not, depending on whether they like or need them.
We occasionally do custom (bespoke) development for customers. We have a strong engineering team who all work in the same location in Connecticut, interacting throughout the day, and we build a few dozen unique customer-specific features every month.
Most importantly we have a formal method to our madness and the framework and 3 Story Studio tool (see below) that governs our development so our success is consistent, easy to test, and easy to expand upon, as the product evolves.

We also support custom integration if customers elect not to use our web services and can produce custom exports (or imports) and transmit these files securely over the internet.
