There are a number of steps in the workflow where we integrate with customers. Sometimes we receive information (imports) from customers, like new projects or POs or a refreshed list of managers. Sometimes we export information like an electronic invoice, or an approved award (placement) so the customer's HR system can be alerted of a new worker (or team).
We have a modern web services platform that we use as the foundation for most of our integration, but can also transmit or receive data in nearly any file format, unpack and validate the information using our import engine.
The key thing is, we've seen nearly all the variations out there and are happy to connect our application to your systems all within reasonable timescales and minimal cost.
